Aanmelden kan ook vrijwillig, of door familie die zich zorgen maakt – en zo’n registratie draai je niet zomaar terug.
Belangrijk om te snappen: CRUKS is een Nederlands instrument. Het zegt niets over een casino op Malta of Curaçao. Die hebben hun eigen toezichthouder en hun eigen regels.
Waar je op moet letten bij een casino zonder CRUKS
De vergunning is het enige dat telt. Malta Gaming Authority, United Kingdom Gambling Commission, Curaçao eGaming – stuk voor stuk serieuze toezichthouders met eisen rond eerlijk spel, uitbetalingen en klachtenafhandeling. Een casino zonder CRUKS met zo’n licentie is niet minder veilig dan een Nederlands casino. Het is anders georganiseerd.
Wat je concreet controleert:
De licentienummer en -houder staan vermeld in de footer, niet verstopt in de algemene voorwaarden.
Uitbetalingsvoorwaarden zijn leesbaar vóór je stort, niet erna.
Er is een klachtenprocedure via de toezichthouder zelf, niet alleen een supportmail.
Betaalmethodes lopen via je eigen bank of een gevestigde partij – denk PayPal, Trustly, Skrill, creditcard of crypto.
Wat je er wel en niet krijgt
Het spelaanbod is bij deze aanbieders doorgaans ruimer dan bij de Nederlandse markt.
